Business Consultant

We seek an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated business consultant with excellent analytical and communication skills to join the Business Consultancy department of our London office.

The candidate will have at least 2 years' financial regulatory reporting experience from a banking or securities institution and have a good knowledge of both the existing FSA and Capital Adequacy rules. Knowledge of the impending Basel II directive would be advantageous. Alternatively, experience gained in this sector through the accounting profession would be acceptable.

Most work is performed either at STB's offices or at clients' premises in the City. Some client work elsewhere in the UK or overseas is likely once a good knowledge of STB's products has been gained.

After undergoing a probationary period the candidate will be eligible for the full company benefits package, which includes personal pension contribution, healthcare cover, season ticket loan and life insurance.

First interviews will be with 2 senior managers. A second interview may be required.
