STB Client Services department
is available during your business hours, and may be contacted any
time for help with all problems and queries that may arise using
the STB software. Call us on your local contact number or email

Knowledge
Database: STB Client Services maintain a knowledge database,
which helps to provide answers on “how to” questions,
solutions to problems, and causes of error messages. The database
may be searched by product or by keyword. It is updated regularly,
and there is a facility for users to inform Client Services of new
problems encountered so that they can be included in the database.
Technical
Library: In addition to the knowledge database is a library
of technical information that includes use of various database schemas
and drivers, setting up workstations for STB use, setting up test
and live environments, hardware and network specifications, operating
systems and more.

of manuals: Electronic copies of manuals may be downloaded.
Download
of Upgrades: Client specific upgrades to STB software
may now be downloaded as required.
