DataStore®32 extends the traditional boundaries of electronic
archiving by combining browser based solutions:
DataStore® cold/erm
solutions were first installed ten years ago. Since then, they
have become an acknowledged market leader. COLD/ERM (computer output
to laser disk/enterprise report management) addresses the issues
arising from the requirement to archive and manage computer generated
output - applications such as Invoices, Statements, Audit Trails,
Confirmations, EDI and EFT Messages, Ledgers, Internal and Regulatory
Reports for example.
Once retrieved, the required information may be immediately viewed,
faxed, printed or e-mailed, directly from the screen. Data may also
be exported to other applications such as spreadsheets for example,
safe in the knowledge that the original is permanently archived
to optical storage, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
are met.
